1、 Electric contact mercury thermometer for temperature control

When using this method, the mercury at the electrical contact needs to be placed into the measured liquid, and the other end should be connected to the machine. During the temperature control process, when the liquid temperature falls below the set temperature, the heating plate begins to heat up; When the liquid temperature reaches the set temperature, the electric contact mercury thermometer transmits a signal to the agitator host, and the heating plate stops heating; When the temperature drops below the set temperature again, the heating plate will continue to heat up. The temperature setting is directly carried out on an electric contact mercury thermometer.

2、 Sensor temperature control
This method also requires placing one end of the sensor into the measured liquid and connecting the other end to the machine. The temperature control process is similar to that of an electric contact mercury thermometer. It heats up when the liquid temperature is below the set temperature and stops heating when it reaches the set temperature. The difference is that the temperature setting is done on the machine, so the sensor temperature control method is more convenient. However, due to the use of technical data by the sensor, its corrosion resistance may not be as good as that of an electric contact mercury thermometer.
In practical applications, suitable temperature control methods for desulfurization agitators can be selected based on specific needs and working environments. At the same time, in order to ensure the normal operation and prolong the service life of the desulfurization mixer, it is necessary to regularly inspect and maintain the equipment.
