The flat blade agitator generates radial force, while the inclined blade agitator generates axial force. The blade agitator is suitable for stirring low viscosity liquids, suspensions, and dissolved liquids.
1. Used in liquid-liquid systems to prevent separation and ensure uniform temperature of the tank. It is commonly used in solid-liquid systems to prevent solid settling.
2. It is mainly used for fluid circulation. Due to its lower power consumption and lower operating costs compared to the flat blade type at the same displacement, axial flow blades are more commonly used.
3. It is also used for stirring high viscosity fluids, promoting the up and down exchange of fluids, and replacing expensive helical impellers, which can achieve good results.
